This is my review based on my experience when we ate at Tong Yang Centris at 5 pm... the cooked food (sweet & sour pork, pancit canton and fried chicken) were cold already. There were a lot of uncooked meats, seafoods and vegetables. The place needs some renovation.

Tong Yang Centris is the only Shabu-Shabu grill and hotpot restaurant in Eton Centris, facing SM Centris Mall, beside Fitness Gym, and near PAL Ticketing Office. The table has two cooking area, one for infrared fireless hotpot and the other is grilling area. There are sections of foods to choose from: 1. The ready-to-eat Chicken, Kimchi, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Siopao and its sauces, sweet and sour pork 2. The uncooked seafoods such as clams and scallops, salmon, shrimps 3. The uncooked dimsums such as Sharkfin Siomai, Squid Ball, mushrooms suitable for hotpots 4. The desserts such as ice cream using Big Scoop brand, halo-halo ingredients 5. The hotpot vegetable items such as watercress, pechay and others 6. The refillable coke and coke zero and sprite 7. The juices such as Kiwi, Guyabano 8. Meat Slices such as beef samgyup. Everything is okay, I got a full stomach appetite when I join with my groupmates as officemates in the BIR.

Worth it for its price, 788 comes with unli drinks and dessert. I love that you can get both hotpot and grill. They have a very wide selection of marinated meat, seafood, vegetables and balls. The only downside is that some of their marinated meat tasted weird for me.

Our 4th time to eat here. Wide variety with good taste. We had the grill/shabu shabu combo. Wonderful lunch.

We came here after a long drive/5 hours travel from the north. This was actually a treat from our friend. We were only expecting a usual buffet dinner, but when we entered Tong Yang Restaurant, we were so amazed and enticed by the wide variety of seafood, Beef, Crispy Pata, sushi, ice cream & halo halo. The seafood were fresh, I can say that they are handling it well, it was clean, doesn't smell fishy, fresh. I enjoyed my time of indulgence here especially the unlimited Ice Cream, crabs, salmon, sushi. their soup taste good as well, service was also prompt. I am salivating now that I am writing this review. :)

I love that they have a buko pandan since this is one of my favorite dessert. You'll have a lot of choice of seafood, meat and vegetable. You can check the details (as of posting, Sep 2022) on the photos I've attached.

This hotpot restaurant has been existing for so long but it’s my first in the EDSA centris branch. We went on a weekday lunch and only 3 tables were occupied during this visit. Rate is at Php545/head and the last call for lunch buffet is at 2:30pm. Tried the Satay and Sinigang soup base. On the onset, I can say that there is a major difference in taste. It is not as flavorful as it used to be. There is a varied option of vegetables, meat, and seafood for grill or hotpot. There is a counter for asian food and a few racks of sushi. Selection for dessert includes Ice Cream, cake slices, fruits, buco pandan, and you can make your own halo-halo.
